		<description>i reported(July 13) mold that was growing on my furniture and personal belongings to my landlord  and it took him 1 week to mediate the mold (july 22).  i had to move out to a hotel for 2 weeks (8/2-8/16) for demolition.  the hoa will not provide me a report of their toxic mold findings, and the landlord still collected full rent for july/august.  my electricity was used during the repairs.  talk has it that the landlord was paid to repair the mold YEARS ago.  we are on the second year of our 2 year lease.  my daughter&#039;s surgery was cancelled due to pneumonia and my son has suffered symptoms of mold; i have asthma.  so far my rental ins has provided some financial support.  NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS. my landlord demands entrance to my place with very little notice (3 hours!) and i have records of him harrassing me non stop email and phone calls.  he accused me of causing the mold! even though the entire complex is being treated.  my kitchen 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms walls registered moisture levels over normal and were demolished.  why am i stuck with the expense?
